01 Can I book transport without an Umrah package?
Yes. Tell us your dates, number of passengers, luggage and route, and we will quote a private car, SUV, minibus or coach.
02 How long is the drive from Jeddah Airport to Makkah?
Usually about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic and your hotel location. Pilgrims coming for Umrah should already be in Ihram before crossing the Miqat on the flight.
03 Is the Haramain train better than driving to Madinah?
The Haramain high-speed train takes about 2.5 hours versus 4.5–5 hours by road. Road transfers are door to door and easier with lots of luggage; the train is faster and very comfortable. We can arrange either.
04 Which vehicle should I choose?
A Toyota Camry suits up to 3–4 passengers with light luggage, the Innova up to 6, the GMC Yukon up to 7 with more comfort, the Toyota Coaster 20–23 passengers and a coach bus 45 or more.
05 How is transport priced?
Prices depend on the route, vehicle and dates (Ramadan and holidays are busier). Every quote is per vehicle and confirmed in writing before you pay.
06 Is transport included in your Umrah packages?
Yes. All our Umrah packages include ground transfers: shared AC coach on Economy, AC coach or train on Silver, and private GMC transfers on Gold.
