As per law, we are free from all responsibilities after a certain time frame and do not accept any claim for damages. The Hajj and Umrah deal must not be held accountable for lack of service quality by service provider and neither should we be responsible for breaching of agreement by third party intentional or unintentional loss of data, injuries or increment in rates.
We are not responsible for any alteration in plans and policy due to uncontrollable situations like terrorism, political crisis, procession or any other factor.
Hajj and Umrah is a sister concern of “Your Choice Travel and Tours”. All payment pertaining to hajj and umrah are liable to favor in for your choice travel and tours.
HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL is not liable for any error occurred on part of the traveler, if a traveler miss any part of trip, he will be responsible for paying any extra charges for compensation.
Safety and security of travelers does not come under the agreement and package of HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL, we are not responsible for any uncontrollable emergency situation or transportation issues. However we try our best in dealing and managing such situations.
It is important for the client to know that the documents for travelling purpose are not transferable like ticket, hotel reservations and others. Any alteration or cancellation in documents are subject to additional charges. Furthers these documentation will assist in proceeding with other service providers. In case service providers fail to provide required assistance, HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL would not be held responsible.
The pricing policy and rates are displayed on the website and are subject to variation according to situations with informing initially.
HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL hold the responsibility to reject or approve any application for any reason before the departure day.
Issue and problem arising between traveller /customers are always negotiable. We will try to resolve the matters in presence of a moderator or any reliable outside party.
Special Assistance
We offer services to the people who require special care differently abled person, but with certain limitation. We put in all the efforts to provide care for that traveler, but a complete full time assistance is not available. Therefore, it is required by traveler to arrange a full time care giver for travelling. It is advised to the traveler to arrange the required person or else the application might get rejected on these specific grounds.
General
If it is notified that if certain part of term and condition are invalid or cannot be executed practically, then that particular portion will be eliminated from the agreement, while keeping rest of the conditions intact. Any bookings or reservation made on HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL, under such conditions will not be considered authentic.
We hold the right either not to take strict action or work mildly against breaching of agreement by customers. However, it should be noted that the right of HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL is not annulled to take the different course of action with similar circumstance.
The agreement or contract is between HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL and customer/traveler, without involvement of service provider, if not necessary otherwise. The agreement depicts a mutual consent and any variations and modification are not obligatory for both involved parties, unless if any other requirement has been Written or signed specifically. Further, the whole agreement signed between customer/traveler and HAJJ AND UMRAH DEAL, encompasses our privacy policy, terms and conditions and other legal aspects. Additionally, it also include the concerned documents and other verbal and written forms of communication.
