4. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services and run our business:
- Travel suppliers – airlines, hotels, transport companies, ziyarah guides and insurance providers involved in your trip.
- Government authorities and official platforms – the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Nusuk platform and Ministry-approved service providers) and other authorities, to obtain visas, permits and to meet entry requirements.
- Service providers – companies that host our website, provide email, messaging, payment processing, customer-management and IT services, under contracts that limit their use of your information.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing website usage data with advertising partners for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising as a “sale” or “sharing”; you can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 8.
5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags, Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead to quote requests and phone-call clicks. These tools may set cookies and collect the information described in Section 2. Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can control or opt out by: adjusting your browser’s cookie settings; installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; managing ad personalization at Google Ads Settings; or contacting us to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising.
6. Email, Phone and Text Messages
If you contact us or request a quote, we may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp or text message about your enquiry or booking. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email, reply STOP to marketing text messages, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We will still send messages that are necessary for an active booking.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and booking records for as long as required for your trip, accounting, tax, airline/industry and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Privacy Rights
