Looking for the Hajj visa application form? Saudi Arabia no longer uses paper Hajj visa forms for pilgrims from the United States. Since 2022, every American pilgrim, whether a US citizen or a green-card holder, applies online through the official Nusuk Hajj platform (hajj.nusuk.sa), and the Hajj visa is issued electronically after you book a package with a Ministry-authorized service provider. As an IATAN- and ARC-certified agency working with a Ministry-approved Nusuk Hajj service provider, we'll guide you through each step. Fill out the form on this page with your details and number of travelers, and a Hajj specialist will contact you with the next steps and current Hajj 2027 program information.

Why There's No Download Anymore

The old printed Hajj application, the notarized mahram letter, mailing passports by FedEx and the consulate visa fee have all been replaced by the online Nusuk system. Registration, document upload, package booking and payment (through the Nusuk e-wallet) all happen on hajj.nusuk.sa. Hajj bookings, visas and payments cannot be made outside Nusuk. Be cautious of anyone offering a "Hajj visa" outside the official system. The US Embassy warns about Hajj and Umrah scams.

Step-by-Step: Applying for Hajj on Nusuk

Step 1

1. Get ready now

Make sure your passport is valid for 6+ months beyond your expected arrival in May 2027. Schedule your meningitis ACWY vaccine, see your doctor about fitness to travel, and request help from us using the form on this page.

Step 2

2. Create your Nusuk Hajj account

When registration opens (expected Oct–Dec 2026; last year it opened October 7), register on hajj.nusuk.sa with your email and phone number.

Step 3

3. Upload your documents

Upload your passport, photo and proof of US residence (a green card if you're not a US citizen).

Step 4

4. Complete your application

Fill in your personal details and add family members/companions (up to 7 on one account).

Step 5

5. Verification

Nusuk reviews and verifies your application. Registering does not guarantee a Hajj place.

Step 6

6. Select your package category

Choose your preferred package category (for example, Shifting or Non-Shifting, and the camp and hotel level).

Step 7

7. Top up your e-wallet

Fund your Nusuk e-wallet by bank transfer or card so you're ready when booking opens.

Step 8

8. Browse providers and choose a package

Compare the Ministry-authorized service providers' packages. Ask us about our Hajj 2027 programs: B2 Madinah First, B3 Super Deluxe, B4 Madinah Express and B5 Elite Plus.

Step 9

9. Book your package

Book and pay quickly when booking opens (expected around February 2027), because packages can sell out.

Step 10

10. Review your itinerary and receive your visa

Your Hajj visa is issued through Nusuk. Review your itinerary, and we'll help with flights from the US, preparation and your pre-departure briefing.
